Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of Sermon Visual Dr. (“the plugin”), published by Francois Hurstel. By using the plugin you agree to them.
The service
The plugin provides creative direction, canvas specifications, slide plans and typography layouts for sermon visuals within ChatGPT. Image generation is performed by ChatGPT's own tools, not by the plugin, and may not be available in every plan or workspace.
Your content and rights
You keep all rights to the titles, names, Scripture text and images you provide and receive. You are responsible for having the right to use any Bible translation, photo or other material you supply, and for reviewing all outputs — including Scripture wording, references and spelling — before public use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the plugin for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purposes, or to attempt to disrupt or overload its server. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's terms and policies.
No warranty
The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Francois Hurstel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin. The plugin is free of charge.
Changes
We may update or discontinue the plugin or these terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
