Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains how Sermon Visual Dr. (“the plugin”), published by Francois Hurstel (“we”), handles information when you use it in ChatGPT.

What the plugin receives

When ChatGPT calls the plugin's tools, it sends only the details needed for that request: for example a sermon title, a Scripture reference and verse text, a pastor's name, a palette choice and image dimensions. The plugin never asks for account credentials, payment details or other sensitive personal data, and you should not include them.

How it is used

Inputs are used only to compute the response to that request (canvas specifications, slide plans or typography plates) and the response is returned immediately to ChatGPT.

Storage and retention

The plugin's server does not store, log to a database, or retain your inputs or outputs after the request completes. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may briefly process standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and reliability, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or to train models.

ChatGPT and OpenAI

Your conversation with ChatGPT, including any images generated by ChatGPT's own image tools, is handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's privacy policy. We cannot see your chat history or uploads.

Children

The plugin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Because we retain no personal data, there is nothing to access or delete. You may stop using the plugin at any time by disconnecting it in ChatGPT.
