We're glad to help.

Email hurstel2@gmail.com with a short description of the issue, the Scripture reference and the output you were making (sermon graphic, LED background or verse slides). We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Common questions

My LED graphic is the wrong size. Tell ChatGPT your wall's exact pixel resolution, for example “3840×1080”. User-specified sizes are always used exactly; 4096×1152 is only the default.

Can it make every verse a slide? Yes. Ask for Scripture slides and paste the passage; you'll get one slide per verse, in order, in a matching style.

Which Bible translation does it use? The wording you supply. It never invents Scripture text; for copyrighted translations, paste the verses you're licensed to use.

Images aren't generated. Image creation relies on ChatGPT's own image tools. If they aren't available in your plan or workspace, the plugin says so instead of presenting a description as a finished image.
